The Landschützer family is still the chef of the kitchen. In combination with passion and sophistication, traditional food becomes modern taste. Every meal in the restaurant "Blechtrommel" tastes in a way that may only be realised through the warmth and soul of a good and genuine old kitchen.

It is only a matter of fact that all products used are of local origin or are even being taken from the hotel's own herb garden. These are then prepared according to old traditional family recipes. Fine dining constitutes an integral part of the life as it is being lived by the Landschützer family. This tradition has quite naturally developed into the branch LANDSCHÜTZER ÖLE & DELIKATESSEN – all-natural products that are of course also used in the hotel kitchen.

Our kitchen brings people together. And for this reason, our restaurant and bar area is equipped and furnished in a way that makes it possible for guests with impairment also to participate, without any problems and difficulties, in our hotel life ... without any restrictions and with a great amount of entertainment accompanying culinary delicacies (so called "Austrian Schmankerl").

Oils and Delicacies

"Nomen est omen" – the name Landschützer hence stands for natural oils and delicacies prepared according to an old family tradition. Johann Landschützer combines all sensuous skills in order to create the most exclusive oils and other delicacies.
